About me
My coaching journey began in 2019 when I sought out a coach for myself. After eight years at the same engineering consultancy, I was feeling fed up but I didn’t know what to do about it. I vividly remember the frustration of feeling trapped with no way out.
But after just a few coaching sessions, everything changed. My perspective on work shifted, and I finally understood why things felt off. Gaining clarity on what was—and, more importantly, what wasn’t—aligned with my values, revealed a more purposeful path forward and I came to truly appreciate the power of having somebody external to help map out challenges, deepen reflection and enhance self-understanding.
Now as a coach, I embody patience and empathy, creating a supportive space for clients to explore themselves and the world around them. I empower individuals to navigate their challenges with curiosity and optimism, helping them understand the intricacies of the emotions they may be experiencing. By encouraging awareness of how these feelings manifest in the body, I guide clients towards deeper self-discovery and meaningful growth.
As well as being a coach, I am a Chartered Civil Engineer working in urban regeneration. I also work as a practitioner for the charity Rainbow Mind, an LGBTQ+ mental health service that helps individuals to build resilience, learn self-care and develop mindfulness skills to enhance their capacity for awareness and emotional balancing.
